Terms of service
Last updated 12 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Wyvern Services Limited (trading as Time Tango), a New Zealand company, when you use timetango.app. By creating an account or paying for an event you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
What Time Tango is
Time Tango runs structured meeting events: participants book or request meetings, the engine schedules them, and organisers get the tools to run the day. It is provided as an online service; we host it, maintain it and improve it, and features may evolve over time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your event data
Your event data stays yours. You are responsible for having a proper basis to enter your participants' details (for most events, telling your participants that Time Tango is being used to run the meetings is enough), and for the content of announcements you send through the service. How we handle personal information is covered by our privacy policy.
Fees and payment
Time Tango is priced per event: NZ$599 plus GST, paid through Stripe when you book (checkout shows the GST amount before you pay). There are no per-seat charges and no subscription. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Fair use
Don't use Time Tango to send spam, to harvest contact details, to break the law, or to attempt to breach the security of the service or anyone's data. We can suspend accounts doing any of that.
Our property
The Time Tango software, design and brand belong to Wyvern Services Limited. Buying an event gives you the right to use the service for that event, not ownership of any part of the software.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Time Tango up, especially on event days, but no online service can promise perfection. To the extent New Zealand law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded. If you are using Time Tango for business purposes, you agree the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
Ending things
You can stop using Time Tango and ask us to close your account at any time. We can end the agreement if you seriously break these terms.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts.
